8:30-9:00 a.m. Registration and continental breakfast (Courtesy of TPC)

9:00 Welcome by Nick Caggiano, President of NESTMA

9:05-11:00 The workshop will begin at 9:05am. The first session will focus on all aspects of equipment maintenance from reels to engine maintenance. There will be 30 minutes of questions available to everyone in attendance before shifting to the next topic.

11:00- 12:00 The topic will be about irrigation repairs and troubleshooting.

12:00 Buffet lunch (Courtesy of TPC)

At the conclusion of the workshop there will be time for networking and more one on one questions with speakers of the workshop.
This workshop will be a great opportunity for all those turf managers that need to brush up on mechanical and irrigation skills. Bring your crew so everyone on your turf staff will get a good insight on what it is involved in equipment maintenance. During the 30 minutes of questions will be a great opportunity to ask any questions regarding any equipment problems that you might have encountered in the past or have encountered already in the spring season.

 

Free to all NESTMA members

If you are not a member you can join at the registration table. Membership dues are $50 and include spring & fall workshop, directory, newsletters and the opportunity to network with fellow sports turf managers.

Going NORTH on Interstate 91:

  • Take Exit 48
  • At the end of the ramp, take a right onto Elm Street
  • Go to the 6th traffic light
  • At that light there is a fork in the road – bear right (it stays Elm Street)
  • At the next light, go straight. You are now on Moody Road
  • We’re 1½ miles on the left.

Going SOUTH on Interstate 91:

  • At the end of the ramp, take a left onto Elm Street
  • Go to the 7th traffic light
  • At that light there is a fork in the road – bear right (it stays Elm Street)
  • At the next light, go straight. You are now on Moody Road
  • We’re 1½ miles on the left. Take Exit 48
